I’m new to Control4. Literally as of yesterday. I was watching cable tv yesterday and the cabletv signal just dropped in the middle of the tv program. Pushing the cable option on my c4 remote doesn’t bring up the cable signal now. I tried rebooting the applicable cable pvr/receiver but that didn’t work. All other TVs in the house are on Control4 and I can bring up my cable content on them. Plus the tv with the problem still provides access to a separate AppleTV puck with no issue. Access to cabletv via the remote just stopped working. I can’t reach the installer and really want to watch F1 qualifying today on this monster tv I have. Any help would be most welcome. Regrettably, I’m not super tech savvy.
