You can do the programming via Control4 DIY. Otherwise, you can go through a dealer to get this all programmed.

No.  I did not have any subscription. And previous owner did have subscription  but He dose not know anything about any back up.  As the dealer was looking after everything.  Who is not replying anymore saying he stopped  work for c4. 
He has moved to different property and has been using new c4 system overthere and also having 4sight subscription for that house.  But can he still access and  download back up for this ( My)  House?  If yes can you pls guide me How he can do it?

Did you have 4Sight? It would have made a backup of your project.

If you do, check your Customer Control4 Account.

So you need the os 2 app. Not os 3

Are you using 2.10.6? It’s still supported and it’ll show that error anyways.

If you are going to upgrade to OS3, you’ll need T3’s and to remove equipment that isn’t supported on OS3.
