I installed one dimmer switch for coach lights and it works normally without identifying. After identified to the system, it’s updating and stuck in 99%. Then side indicate lights on dimmer switch goes off and can’t turn on the lights anymore.
Electrican checked the load side without any problem. That just less then 100W for total and those lights are direct wire lamp holder. We tried another dimmer and same thing happened. But It works with a control4 switch without dimmer function.
Anyone have same issue when updating those dimmer?
