Thanks. Yes, I did create the new contact directly from a missed call and put that contact on “emergency bypass”, but without an actual number attached to the contact it still did not ring with my ringer on silent. I do not want to always have to have my phone ringer on just to hear incoming Intercom Calls. I am researching Apple CallKit now and hopefully will be able to find the workaround that way; thanks for that info. I did not know that was the name of the program Control4 was using.

With the update and the “do not disturb” option removed, is there a way to have your Iphone on silent but still hear/receive intercom calls? I believe a workaround would be to put the intercom phone number in your contacts and then put that contact on Emergency ByPass. However, I tried saving the Intercom missed call contact to my phone CONTACTS, but there is no actual phone number shown. I do not want to have to always keep my ringer on to be able to hear incoming Control4 intercom calls. Any insight on this?
