I purchased a home with Control4 automation. Former owner did not recommend the dealer so I worked with a new one. We added WAP WK-2 and replaced a faulty one, now have a total of 3. There is overstepping on WAPs which creates drops and loss. I need to access the NK- 1 to setup and configure. The dealer doesn't respond (evidently doesn't like rework only new work) found a new dealer (individual) who helped reprogram some of the zigbee and improved usability, but doesn't know how to access the NK-1 or reset.
I've got a good technology background and really just need to know how to reset the NK-1 so we can reconfigure the wireless.
