Can someone help on how to create the driver or if anybody wants to share the IR Codes

I'm looking to install a fail secure door strike (it has only 2 wires, no polarity) and open it with a DS2 door station. Also I need to wire a liftmaster gate opener to an EA5 controller.
Can someone guide me on how to wire this?
