Ok, I've changed my project so that I have my main mesh for the house on my EA5 as the zserver/coordinator, and then I have an EA1 for the shades in my family room, and an HC800 for the shades in my master bedroom. Hopefully this helps Thanks for the help everyone!

I have 70 zigbee devices in the project, which I know is close to the limit. Here is something odd. I have 10 shades in my family room, and I have 3 more shades upstairs in my master bathroom. On the same day, 5 of the shades in my family room and 2 of the shades in my master bathroom went offline. They don't come back with a tug command. There are many light switches all around these shades. And the ones in my master bath are only 10 feet from an HC800 acting as a ZAP. So it doesn't seem like a zigbee problem to me, but something Control4 is doing?

I have a bunch of Q Motion shades in my house, and they work fine for a while then randomly a handful of them will go offline. So some of the shades stay online and some fall offline together. The batteries are fine, I can't figure out why so many of my shades go offline at the same time. The only way I've been able to fix it is to disconnect from the network and then connect it to the network again with the tug commands and Composer Pro. This is so frustrating. This problem keeps coming cropping up every couple of weeks. My family and I hate the shades because this problem keeps happening. I'm not a dealer, I'm an ex-control4 employee so I have Composer Pro access, but can't really call into tech support because I'm not a dealer. Anyone have an idea what is going wrong? I came across a couple of HC800s in a trash bin. One powers on and gets stuck with a blinking yellow wifi light. The other powers on and the fans spin but no lights turn on. I tried factory resetting both, and pushing a paperclip in while plugging in the power, but neither did anything. Any other ideas for getting these working?

Does anyone have either T3 mid box cable or HC800 power cable laying around? I'm helping my mom install her house and using some old equipment I have laying around. I have an HC800, but no power cable, and I have a T3 inwall and the T3 mid box but no cable. I'd love to get my mom's house up and running.

I have an 8 channel amplifier that works great. I used it for a few months, without any issues. Then I recently added some zones of audio to my system so I upgraded my system to the 12 channel and took this unit out. It still has the protective film on the front face

--update as of October 1st: this is sold-- This CA-10 powers on and the lights turn on but I can't connect to it in director. Not sure what the problem is. I tried factory resetting it and network resetting it, but can't figure out how to connect to it. This is actually a pre-production unit that I got when I was working at Control4. So the label says "AP-10" because, fun fact, that was what the CA-10 was going to be called up until just before shipping when we renamed to CA-10. The hardware is identical under the hood. Let me know if you are interested.
