The cable tv box connects to an eight way switch. I took a new HDMI cable and connected from the cable box to a small monitor in the electronics closet where equipment is, and the audio and picture came through. I then took that cable and connected the cable box to the eight way switch (replacing the old HDMI cable). When I turned the tv on through Connect4 interface, the picture came on for 10 seconds then screen went black. I can't get the picture to come back again.

I have a pretty simple setup with Control4. Two input options - cable tv and appletv. When I select cable tv, i get sound and the remote functionality works, I can select channels and I can hear different programs, but there's no video - blank screen. If I toggle over to AppleTV, I get picture and sound, no issues. The cable box is plugged in, connected and on. I didn't change any settings. Same cable box and same television. Any ideas?
