Control 4 not seeing Roku channels

No i don't. -
I am new to control 4 and use Control 4 remote to navigate roku channels on my home theatre system. This installation was done by a dealer and everything was good. Recently got the update on my Roku Ultra and I am not sure if that caused an issue where the Control 4 remote is now NOT seeing the Roku Channels (on the home theatre screen or remote). Can some one here plz help me with this problem ? i do have control 4 app on my iphone but not sure what i need to do to fix this.
