Thanks for all the comments. Still not working. I suspect that I need to be on the same WiFi network as the controller during the setup. Am currently on a different remote network. Is this your experience?

Thanks for the quick response! I re-installed OS 3 and the Intercom welcome screen/ permissions came up on the app. However there is no Intercom icon on the main panel page. I would have thought this is standard. Do I need to add the icon? Any ideas?

Am new to Control4. I have installed and setup the Control4 app and purchased 4Sight. I now wish to install Intercom Anywhere and have downloaded the app. After entering user name and password, the mobile app is simply spinning with 'Connecting...'. Am running IOS15.1 on iPhone X. Any ideas re solutions?
