Yes I tried rebooting and resetting several times.. I also tried it in different rooms and different devices with the same results.. What’s interesting is that during the factory reset process the screen also turns white (inverted colors) which is why i’m more inclined towards a hardware issue..

But seriously, can anyone think of anything? Could it be a hardware issue? Please check the below video and see how it flips colors by itself.. FullSizeRender.mov

Hi there! I’m experiencing a weird issue with my NEEO remote, version 1.69.2-8c045db1. The interface suddenly changes from Black themed to White themed. All colors are inverted. The color change persists even after reboot and fluctuates back and forth whenever the device wakes up from sleep. Please see attached images for reference. I have never seen the white theme that I’m randomly getting in any of the Neeo advertisements or pictures and I don’t think it’s a normal behavior, the black background is how it should be.. I’m not sure why it keeps flipping into the white inverted theme.. I tried everything from changing all settings to resetting the device.. nothing works. Anyone experiencing the same issues? Could it be a hardware issue?
