Hi guys.
my dealer restored the project after some hiccups.
I had a notification on my mobile when door was opening. Now I see the rule but don’t receive anything. Dealer seems to be unable to fix it.
anyone here could have a deep look in my project and try to fix the issue?

I don't know... dealer programmed everything; I reported issue to him, he said that found no error...

Lights, relays and C4 status. But, only if activated from C4. If activated via Shelly, no problem

Hi everyone.
I have some Shelly Plus 1 to control some external lights.
they work well within Shelly app when turned on as group (see video https://streamable.com/d3b4ae )
If I go in C4 app and turn them on as group, they start to turn on and off rapidly and it’s even difficult to turn off all (see video https://streamable.com/wcuwd1 )
Suggestions?

One more question: Composer HE comes with 1 year 4sight license. My 4sight subscription will expire in March 2022. What if I buy HE let say in February? Will I loose 1 month of old subscription or ?

Why would he lie? So that you half to call him to make any change which increases his revenue and/or because he doesn't want you to make changes the screw up the system.

I’m aware of that… however unfortunately I payed him and I need him to complete installation of some other no-C4 stuff…then, for sure, they will be fired. In the meantime, can I buy HE from other dealer? Or this means that actual installer will lose access to my system?

its $149 one time fee and it comes with 1 year if 4sight which is $99 so really it’s like $50
Sorry, I had to signup with new user and email, because forum kept blocking me from posting due to “Forbbiden. Please enable JavaScript”. Obviously was enabled, so I tried with new account. It worked.
Anyway: my dealer told me he can’t find Composer HE Can you help me to buy it somewhere else? (Some dealers on this forum?)

4K HDR problem on LS-12000b, NVIDIA Shield, Sony A80J TV and Anthem MRX1140

Good evening guys. Here's my configuration:
EA-1 controller
NVIDIA Shield
Anthem MRX1140
Sony A80J TV
Epson LS-12000b projector
Connected as follow:
Nvidia Shield goes to Anthem HDMI IN 1; Sony TV HDMI 3 is connected to Anthem HDMI OUT 1; Epson projector HDMI 1 is connected to Anthem HDMI Z2 OUT.
C4 is set to have 2 rooms: LIVING room and Theater. Once I enter the Theater room, I click on "Shield" and all devices start: Anthem (Main Zone and Zone 2), projector, and Shield.
The problem is that the handshaking between Shield and projector returns a video resolution of only 4K, without HDR ready.
I've seen that if then manually turn off Anthem Main Zone, there's a new handshaking that returns a correct 4K HDR ready resolution. Then, I turn on again the Main Zone, new handshaking and 4K HDR keeps stay on.
Any hint about that?
Is there any way to set C$ to not turn on everything in the same moment, but in cascade? (I mean, projector first, after some seconds the Anthem Zone 2, after some seconds Shield, and so on)...
