Thank you. He and I discussed it probably wouldn't, but I tried a few things after he left and it made some connection until it didn't. I appreciate the replies, I'll quit trying. Probably use an Ipad wall mount, the OS3 app is very nice.

I recently had my C4 updated to OS3. The 7" Infinity Edge screen, from the installation 11 years ago, did recognize the system and IP address and show connected. When I want to close out it wants a password. I tried my PW and the c0....password. No good. It is asking me to change my PW. Which one and why? Will the panel even work with OS3? Or is it time to change to either an Ipad or new panel? Thanks Jim
