Ryan- one more question if you don't mind... do you believe the IR sensor being out of place explains why I'm getting routine "rejoining the network" displays on my remote? Or is that a totally different issue?

Thanks Ryan. I know where it is on the front of my Xfinity box... I just wanted to know "ideal" positioning from that sensor window- right next two? 3 inches in front? etc. Thanks again!

What is the ideal IR cable placement with my cable box? Trying to ensure best connectivity with C4 remote.
