  1. Thank you all, this is finally working for me now. I had the login info but because the "device management" option was disabled, I couldn't access this through the LAN network. The installer was able to remotely enable this option remotely (I presume through the OVRC app for installer version), and now I can access the router settings through the IP address. Unfortunately, my version of the OVRC app(aka the consumer version ) doesn't list the devices, which is a bit annoying. Having simple access to reboot, troubleshoot , manage the devices , set up security levels, adding profiles as needed would have been really helpful.
  2. Yes, I'm the end user. I have got access to ovrc but I can't see any devices in there. As an end user I should be able to see all the devices and also do basic management?
  3. I can't see any of my devices in ovrc. I thought the whole purpose of the ovrc tool was to manage things remotely.
  4. I was having issues with my internet connection, and the new service provider advised to disable the device management option in the araknis router under Vlan settings. This did resolve the internet issue however now I cannot access the router settings. Is there a way to regain access this or re-enable the device management option?
  5. I have got somfy blinds and the dealer setup a bond bridge device to control the blinds from the Control4 system . The bond bridge device is connected via an ethernet cable. I am now trying to add the Control 4 system to Google assistant. I followed the steps to add the control4 device as advised in the guide and can see all the blinds in Google home app and also under Voice Control in the customer portal. However neither the voice command nor clicking the item manually in the google home app opens or closes the blind. OS is ver 3.3.0 and my 4sight subscription is active.
