Hi everyone, I am a newbie here and to C4. We just bought a house that came with Control4 so got someone to set it up for us. Within a month, the upstairs thermostat is not working - mainly it's not reading the current temperature, so it won't turn on or off based on the desired temperature. On the screen it says "Check batteries" but when I go to the thermostat control, it's working just fine with full batteries. Please see the attached picture. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you.
