  3. Yes yes a disconnect- but networking checks out.. there are no issues there and all three locations 4 locations have the same network setup except for the version. @South Africa C4 user That's the issue here.
  4. @Cyknight Definitely no disconnect- Even so, is'nt the point of the CA-10 to work in that way? @c4toys I'm using V2 lighting. I haven't updated my own home yet to the latest- because of this. Here's the rundown of the sites I've visited/updated in the last 2 months. All the same setup. CA-10 with EA-1s and/or CA-1s One customer 3.3.0.628678, 90+ switches. No issues. My Home 3.3.1.639488 35+ Switches. No Issues 3 Customers 3.3.2651066 60+ Switches at each site- Consistent issues with Scenes. have to activate them twice in macros to get them to work.
  5. Then I would try an independent router not one from your ISP. Don’t forget part of comnicstion between devices is the gateway. If the gateway (the BELL MTS in this instance) is doing something funky it can be causing communication issues. I would put a device in between and see how it reacts. we use ubiquiti or sonic walls
  6. Do you have an AP and firewall? Or just the firewall/router that has the built in AP?
  7. CA-10 for director and 3 CA-1's and or EA-1's around the rest of the home
  8. I have 4 DS2 Doorbells two minis, two full-size. The two minis keep reverting their call groups back to All.
  9. Its all Wireless Lighting Dimmers and switches. Its not my mesh. I spoke to C4 they said the mesh looks good and the turned on logging so we'll see. This just started happening. It so weird.
  10. Since the latest update we’ve been having issues with advanced lightning scenes. Many of which only have 3 or 4 lights. We have to run then a second time with macros. Even testing them manually from composer some of the lights respond, Others don’t. This is by more than one customer. thanks
  11. So all of a sudden they stopped working and turning off Wi-Fi sleep worked? Weird. My customers are having similar issues and Wi-Fi sleep is off. I’m also starting to thing the issues each person is reporting is different. Each person has their own set of unique network variables (switch types/configs, distance between Wi-Fi’s , building materials, routers, control4 controllers etc ). The Neeos in my house are stable and have been stable since we installed. I’m using 3 unifi nanos and one new model Wi-Fi 6, a load of netgear PoE switches, EA-5 controller and a sonic wall. A few differences between my setup and my customers. My customers use Araknis Switches, Ubiquiti Edge Routers and a CA-10.
  12. @thecodingart do you know what model ubiquiti? Is it a separate ssid for the remotes? General settings? Any other configuration info?
  13. Someone else has posted that they put the NEEO on their ISP router and have had success with that as well. Both tests have one thing in common, they are single APS with an isolated SSID. So it sounds like to me that the NEEEO may be trying to jump APS. Im experiencing the same issue and I’m going to try an lower the 2.4 signal power on alternating APS and see if that helps.
  14. Thank you. Yes it’s working now. but I’m just trying to understand why this client has an issue and my others don’t. thanks for the suggestion, maybe I’ll use that in the next project.
  15. An update, we found that all the shades will response only if we program the macros using the Target Level choice at the bottom.. Why is that ?
  16. Take a look at the attached. FYI the delays were just part of my attempts to troubleshoot.
  17. Hi A customer of mine just had somfy shades programmed with RTS and TaHoma. I have it integrated on the system and everything works as expected using the touch screens and remote controls. however when trying to load all the open and close commands into the macro none of the shades respond. any help would be appreciated.
  18. So. Here’s an interesting related issue. Same symptoms, Different customer, Different Shade system. And none of the macro is working. The delay solution isn’t working. any suggestions? Should I start a new question?
  19. After adding the delay, everything is working perfectly as expected. @c4toys thank you. thanks everybody for the additional details.
  20. I will try. It was never an issue before. The open vs 100% was to try different methods of opening. the delay sounds like a good idea.
  21. Vacation mode is set to false and some of the macro works and some does not. But all the devices work with the same commands using navigator.
  22. Hi i did some major rearranging of a system. Cleaned up some poorly written macros. Made some standardizations. Nothing major technologically, just organizationally. Now some of these macros are not executing 100% Devices that work using navigator won’t react to macro commands. This is even true when I move them out of IF and Then. And I’ve tried recreating the macros. Besides rebooting, which I’ve already done, is there anything else to try?
