Not sure. My account says the following. The last time my installer was here, about 3 months ago, he ran an update on the system. This may have been when the when-then problem started or just a coincidence. I have had this issue for several months. When I go to when>>then, view my automations, I get a gray screen that says loading automations but nothing ever happens. I have ad blockers off and it does the same thing on iPhone, iPad, and pc with multiple browsers. My installer is not responsive so have given up on them. Any suggestions of what I could do?
