Ok So we all have same issues. We don't know the solution. I wonder if this is a bug for everybody who has generator and C4 Dimmers. Unless you have whole house Battery backup like Tesla powerwall this would be a problem.

Did you end up with IP verso 2.0? I love my current DS2 for looks and functions but hate the camera. Can’t wait to upgrade it. Chime is too tiny for my house from aesthetics. If I can get chime camera in DS2 form I am in. The 2N verso 2.0 looks promising on specs.

I know this is old thread but I have exact issue. UPS and generator protecting C4 HC800 with 3.3.1 director. However with every outage the generator kicks in after flickers on lights and c4 dimmers which are on go dim. The only way to restore full brightness is to go director and auto detect dimmer phase . Everytime it works. However is annoying as I am in Texas and we do have power issues. Anybody found any fix? May be the generator reverses the phase and when power comes it’s not resetting as the hand off from generator to utility is seemless. This is more of dimmer and generator issue vs control 4 controller power issue. My dimmer phase is on auto detect and just pressing set fixes the issue. thoughts?

ok. I went to director and enabled mosquito and few other disabled services. Doesn't do any favors. The reason I am doing this is because I have an automation that turns off lights when sun rises and I want to disable it. Can't find it in agent or any place in composer. There is a ghost automation turning all lights off every day around 7 AM ish. Am I the only one left with HC800 and OS 3.3 looking for when>>then

No Blocking. I have tried windows and Mac computers and different browsers.

I have Dual HC800 and they are running OS 3.3 and everything is running fantastic. I know the OSD is gone in HC800 but before I shell out more money wanted to see if When>>then automation works? I have been trying now over 2 weeks during free time to load when>>then in web and it never loads. I have active 4sight and can see my controller on web. Again my system and project is complex with many rooms and many tvs and 80 zigbee devices. But I don't think the size is the problem. I have restarted the director and even restarted the network. Everything is fine and usually I have no issues with anything control4 or network. The build is solid. Trying to setup some automation in web seems to be a non starters. Any pointers appreciated.

Ok so far no method has worked for me to flash firmware on LTS. Given Hikvision is not sold in US as Hikvision has anybody been able to get this working on LTS or other rebrand NVRs?

I understand the need for firmware. My intend was to try the driver out given I couldn’t match LTS which is one of several rebrands of Hikvision to map my NVR with their models. So may be my question now is what firmware for my particular LTS NVR model LTN8708Q-P8 I should use if I want to use your driver.

Since it’s LTS and not hick-vision I couldn’t match it. Can you help me what firmware to load.

So, I think I have read here that it works. I have NVR LTN8708Q-P8 and it is connected to 8x8 Leaf HDMI matrix all connected with HC800 on OS 3.3. I can see cameras on TV's as the programming works with source on LEaf and TV's. I can't control anything or move the mouse with NVR and chowmain driver. Looking at logs it keeps saying login error. I am sure the username and password is correct as I can add cameras and even login to NVR from browser. I am in trial mode with Driver but wanted to see if we can resolve this and control NVR remotely with this driver. It's digest set in driver and also in NVR. What am i doing wrong? Mine shows as HELIOS IP something. get the IP from that device name.

How do I get the newer version?

All, Trying to upgrade my leaf 8x8 matrix to latest firmware. The switch works perfectly with Fire TV Cube to two zones. When switching to other zones I only get audio from audio matrix and not video. The other zones have video working with other source like security cameras but fire tv won't show up. The TV switches to 1080 P which is the resolution of TV and cube connected with Balun. Trying to rule out whats the problem. Steps taken so far. 1. Tried plugging HDMI directly from Firetv to monitor to confirm HDMI is working before plugging into Leaf source. 2. Tried rebooting Leaf as needed after making all changes with connections. 3. Confirmed baluns and TV's work connected from switch by using another source from LEaf (Security cameras) at 1080 P to eliminate distance and cat cable issue. (Works every where in house and all four zones) 4. Confirmed that Fire TV Cube works with one more zone in the house (So 2 zones work) (Den and Game room) 5. However can't get it working in 2 additional zones (Exercise room and terrace) Checked firmware and it has 1.08 which I am assuming is old. Is there anyway to get to new firmware? The update on composer isn't doing anything. Thanks,

So daytime images has improved significantly after using one more round of car headlights polish on plastic. Nighttime has improved but still looks like below. Is this normal without ambient light? I have tried to play with settings on web control of ds2 and this is best

All, new C4 user and fan. Just bought house with ds2 doorstation and it works fine. The camera quality is terrible. I have separated the issues to be plastic cover on top of camera. When I removed the faceplate and took that black plastic out it was crystal clear. I have tried to clean using car headlight plastic but it still is not fully transparent and you can see degradation in quality of image especially at night. Is that part something you can purchase. Couldn’t find on google. Any help appreciated.
