Hello, we are C4 reseller, we sold a Halo remote control, with a Core 1, to one of our customers. From one day to another, the remote control goes "OFFLINE" on the Composer software, of course in the latest software version, also for the CORE1 as well as the HALO remote control. When I look on the OVRC PRO portal, I see the "ONLINE" remote control with an IP address, I can also PING it without problems.
But the remote control remains unusable for the customer with a message that the remote control is not connected to the network.
We have already removed it and put it back on Composer but after 2-3 weeks the same problem occurs.
