  1. Replaced the power supply this afternoon, all is well (at least for now). Thanks for your help.
  2. Let's say I end up having to replace the switch. If I connect the inputs and outputs the same as the old switch, do I still need an integrator to do something to make the controller recognize the new switch? If so, can they do what they need to do remotely or does it require a home visit?
  3. Thanks, much cheaper to replace the supply than replace the switch, especially since I only need to get a couple more years out it.
  4. I am having the same problem with my C4-16ZAMSV3. The power supply doesn't have any visible damage. When the power supply is unplugged from the main circuit board, the output reads about 4.93V. But when I plug it into the main circuit board, the voltage drops to about 2.4V. Is this normal, or do I have a bad power supply? Thanks for you input.
