  1. The error was caused by IP address conflict. Resetting the DHCP lease resolved the IP address conflict and the matrix was able to reconnect. The DHCP service is done by a Cisco device. The conflict was between the Araknis switch and the matrix. The method used by Cisco to detect a possible conflict in IP is to ping, I have the dealer to setup static IP address for the Control 4 devices.
  2. Hi, Last night, my AUDIO MATRIX SWITCH (24X24) went into Factory restore in progress (flashing white LED). Since that time nothing else. The matrix is simply showing a flashing white LED, event if I did power off/power on, etc. Last time this happened, the Dealer simply changed the matrix. Anyone else as had this issue? Any idea on why the matrix went into factory restore all the sudden? I have left a voice mail to the dealer, but I curious on why and what can I do to prevent this again. Thank you in advance for you help https://www.control4.com/docs/product/triad-8x8-and-24x24-audio-matrix-switch/dealer-installation-guide/english/latest//triad-8x8-and-24x24-audio-matrix-switch-installation-guide-rev-b.pdf
