C4 Training...Certification Stays with Employee or Dealer?

I completed the first online basic C4 certification/training on an account set up by the dealer I worked for. I just got laid off last month and now I cannot access the account (or my work email) anymore. Can I still claim that certification/training? How would I access my old account to prove it? Is the training tied to the dealer and not the employee? Any help would be very...helpful.
