Looking for some help
i have inherited a control 4 system in a townhome. The system is powered by a c4-hc300-e-b controller. The only thing that is connected to the controller is the lighting system. The lighting system is regular can lights controlled by Control4 dimmer switches and a number of Control4 keypads used for “all on” type functions as well for the top of the stairwell on/off switch for a three way circuit.
the power supply has been replaced a couple of times in the controller and I am looking for more reliability. What upgrades to the controller are available that will work with existing switches and keypads? Will I need to do reprogramming? Is there a way to determine what software version I am running?
