I need a little advice and be forewarned, I'm not super technical. I have a Control4 system installed by an AV company 5 years ago. Yesterday I changed my TV from a 55" Sony to a 70" Samsung. Everything works as usual except the C4 remote does not turn on/off the TV. It does turn everything else on as usual. The LED "bug" is loose but resting on the TV's IR receiver. The LED lights up when the C4 remote is pressed. I've read that the issue may be with the IP address. The TV is connected via wireless but does have an ethernet cable attached but doesn't recognize it. I've located where I can manually assign the IP address but don't know what static IP address to enter. How can I find out the IP address programmed in the C4 system? Thank you!
