    So maybe it's off the wifi? If disconnected from wifi does it revert to IR or something? I'm just stumped why the cabinet door would make any difference at all.

    I'm a homeowner DIY. Neeo has always worked great but now when cabinet (which holds av equipment) is closed it can't control anything. It works perfectly when cabinet is open. Why would this be if it's RF? Sorry if it's a dumb question.
