There are two sensors on each of the garage doors and I do know there is a wire in the garage motor too. I think that wire just passes the signal?

We have control4 for theatre and controlling garage door openers. since few days the doors are still opening but the app does not send notification; neither it shows if the door is open or closed in the app. I am still able to open and close as normal. can someone suggest any solution please
