thefred Posted November 5, 2017 Share Posted November 5, 2017 We had a power blink last night and from that time, none of our remotes or our touchscreen work. I have tried removing batteries, rebooting HC500, etc. Still no luck. I can see that the controller is connected and running in HE. SR250 remotes and we're running 1.7.4. Can you connect it to a tv via composite or composite cables?Reboot once more, and watch the monitor. If comes back to onscreen display it is another issue. Do you see leds on front of hc500? I put theater hc500 on 14 and enabled it. It now shows zigbee server running now. I refreshed navigators, but remotes still not coming up. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
