I was given Yale lock YRD220 by a friend who worked with rogers smart home monitoring long time. I have installed the lock now and it works fine. Issue is with zigbee module. I got Amazon Echo plus as it worked with zigbee module yale locks. But echo plus and lock remain in pairing mode is not able pair in end. Can anyone had the same experience. dcovach Posted March 25, 2021 Share Posted March 25, 2021 @Rob2021 the model of the lock you originally quoted has the zwave module included but you're showing a zigbee module in the above pictures. Since this is not an amazon forum, you should probably reach out to them for zigbee compatibility issues. This is a control4 forum and proprietary zigbee modules for Control4 locks are sold directly from Control4. Hopefully you have some luck with amazon customer support.
