Feb 9, 16:42 ESTScheduled - On Friday, February 11, 2022, at 0:00 EST, Snap One will be updating Control4 Access Anywhere services. It’s expected that these updates will take 3 hours. These updates will help improve the security and stability of the infrastructure that allows customers and dealer partners to connect remotely. These updates will also better enable our teams to deliver future improvements to these services. During this maintenance event, it’s possible that remote connections, Intercom Anywhere, and voice control may be unavailable for a short period while these updates roll out. Action Required No customer or partner action is anticipated. If an unforeseen impact does occur, the issue should self heal within minutes. We will share updates on status.snapone.com.
