LouQ Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 Hi all I a new to Control4 and having problems registering the controller. All of the devices {phone and PC} that I use are shown as enabled in my C4 account. When I go to connect to MyHome to register the controller (yes i have the trial} I get 'Device Not Authenticated to work with account' The controller is hardwired to my router and I plugged in 192.198.1.x as the director ip. Did you set up a my.control4.com account and get the 10 digit controller code and enter that into composer?
