Device Not Authenticated to work with account

Hi all 

 

I a new to Control4 and having problems registering the controller. All of the devices {phone and PC} that I use are shown as enabled in my C4 account. When I go to connect to MyHome to register the controller (yes i have the trial} I get 'Device Not Authenticated to work with account' The controller is hardwired to my router and I plugged in 192.198.1.x as the director ip. 

 

Please help!

Hi guys

 

Yes I have set up an account on my.control4.com and just tried a power cycle. I am under the impression that you can either register with MyHome is you are a customer or composer if you are a dealer.
