NYG140
Hi all, Just performed a migration of my master controller from a HC-250 to a HC-800 I picked up on eBay. Migration worked great, all connections are present. The control board I think is toasted in this HC-800, IR ports 1-2 and 4-6 offer no control no matter what the device and binding (I have flashing IRs, they do not flash, no control). IR port 3 is solid on constantly no matter the device. All my relays are constantly closed when wired into a normally open configuration. I'm going to return this item, but I'm wondering if there is anything I am missing? This was a literal 1 to 1 swap, all my devices and IRs were working and still work on the other controller. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
funnyfarm299
Sounds like your diagnosis might be right. You did try another IR flasher, right? Also did you try a factory restore?
Matt Lowe
i second the factory restore the controller migration still has a few bugs that need to be worked out. i have had to do this twice for different reasons.

NYG140
Unfortunately I repleaced the factory image, restored it, and reloaded the program same issue. And swapped all the ports and IR devices. It's dead. Does anyone know if Control4 will repair it for a fee if it's out of the two year warranty? Or would they just direct me to buy a new one?
