I have a HC-800 ,when i get it , it has no ram and ssd , so i installed 1G DDR3 RAM and 8G SSD。

Now it won't Boot , when power up ,the power led will flash for 4 sec then light blue ,then the link led flash blue。

I try’d factory reset ,and usb install or restore ,they are all useless 。

Because of there have no data on SSD?

Can somebody give me the image of the HC-800 SSD?

Thanks!

Hey. I have the same problem. The link flashes and the PC800 does not start. how to flash the controller? I tried to flash through USB install/recovery stick - no reaction.

have ideas how to restore it?

The HC800 has a reset button on it that will default it back to its original state.

If you are having boot troubles you can try to do a network reset (back to DHCP and Hardline). You need to hold down the ID button while powering up the unit... keep holding until you get three solid lights on the front of the unit. This will have the controller boot in a different sequence and can sometimes bypass the previous locked up process.
