Powering on TV + Receiver + Cable with CR-250

I have a CR-250, an EA-5 and a Bell Fibe TV.

I want it so that when on the remote I select Watch >> Bell Fibe TV that the following power up:

• TV
• AV Receiver
• Bell Fibe box

Currently the AV Receiver and Bell Fibe box start up, but the TV is not getting the IR signal to power on.  So I am forced to use the TV's separate remote to power on.

How in Composer Pro do I link these systems together so that the TV gets the IS signal to power on?

What is the model of the TV? If it is bound properly it should turn all the appropriate devices and switch all inputs

Hmmm....I rebooted the entire system and now everything is behaving.  So, something was amiss (I had forced refreshing of navigators, etc. but that didn't work).

So all seems good now.  Sorry for the bother.
