I am getting an error message on my TV that says NO SIGNAL.  Check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button.  I have sound, but no picture.  I have reset the Direct TV box and changed all of the inputs on the TV as well as on my control4 box....any thoughts?  Very frustrating!

Do you have a surround sound receiver for the room and if so do you have control of the volume? Doesnt sound like a control4 issue, sounds like and hdmi issue with the avr.

No, we just have the Control4 Zone Amplifier

Can you plug another device into the hdmi the directv is using to confirm the wire and hdmi port on the TV work?

we can't get the hdmi cord off of the tv or direct tv box because where they are located
