Did I break press and hold volume?

First on the SR250B:

Just Press and Hold Vol+ should continuously do Vol+ until release, but it only does Vol+1.

I swear this use to work and i didn't mess with any programming here.

On 6-button:

On press -> Start Volume Up

On release -> Stop Volume Up

Nothing happens here, not even Vol+1

Anyone have an idea of what I did wrong?

Any tips would be great, perhaps I messed up my programming somewhere.

Check your amp settngs. make sure your not on MUTE. it happens when you reboot amp sometimes

This is actually unrelated to my Amp. But I did discover Mute on my amp, so now I won't run into an issue with that in the future.

This is:

SR250B & 6-button -> HC200B -> WF2IR -> Home Theater

And the SR250 is using no special programming, just default actions, but it just does +/-1 for each press+hold.
