holland315 Posted May 27, 2012 Share Posted May 27, 2012 From time to time (seems like every few days recently) our radio reception will get consistent gaps (no sound for a second every 10 to 15 seconds). When this happens there are other issues as well ... the radio stations won't change on the control pad (even though the selections appear), Rhapsody information goes blank (doesn't show playlists, etc.).We have had the dealer out to check the system out (problem was happening before and after they upgraded) ... the problem mysteriously went away when they were here. It happened again 2 days after!!If we reset all the equipment in the house (controllers (2), network hubs, router (Uverse and Apple Airport) the problem goes away for a period of time. thecodeman Posted May 28, 2012 Share Posted May 28, 2012 Sounds like wifi is interfering with your zigbee. I'd try moving your wifi to another channel if you could - you'll want to use something like metageek's inSSIDer software to see where a less-used channel is.
