Ringold Posted June 9, 2012 Share Posted June 9, 2012 I have had a 7" portable touchscreen for about a couple of years now. Recently it has stopped working. I am on 1.8.2. It connects to my network without issues. When it tries to connect to director it gets hung up and says "initializing' or sometimes "system loading" and never loads the menus. I have to do a reset to get out of this screen.I have tried holding the reset button until it restarts, holding reset button until it resets the network connection, and have even removed the battery and reinserted.None of the above has helped.Can anyone tell me any other tricks to try???Is there a "hard reset?" that returns the entire device back to factory settings and deletes everything????It seems there is some hiccup in the device when it tries to communicate with director.All other devices in my home are working appropriately.Thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
