poodle-man Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 I am new to the forum but have a C4 system for three years. I just added the Home Site license for my ipad and two iphones. I also added the 4Sight license. My ipad and iphones work when I am at home using wifi on the MyHome app, but when I am traveling, I can't get past the login page on my.control4 page. I do have an account set up on my.control4.I told that I should be able to access my system when I am traveling on the iphone and ipad, but it hasn't worked yet.Any suggestions? socalocjm Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 Check your Privacy settings on your iphone or ipad devices.Go to Settings | Safari | Accept Cookies (check if it is set to Never , From Visited, or Always) ** If it is set to never, you will not pass the login page .
