jbat Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 I'm keen to know how I can use Composer Home Edition to toggle various surround modes on my receiver. I want to use the colored buttons to change modes, but there are more modes than buttons so I'd like to be able to repeatedly press certain buttons to cycle between a subset of modes. For instance, if I press "red" I'd like it to goto mode = direct, unless its already direct in which case id like it to go to stereo. What should the code for this look like?Many thanks! CFUG Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 You could set a variable to toggle 1,2,3,4,1 and under each number would be a particular mode. Assign it to a colored button for example. Easier way would be to assign the appropriate mode to the device in play at the time. If more than one mode is used for the same source, nest those modes under a VAR and then toggle.
