urbanmark
My HC-300 (on 1.8) has been acting flaking for a couple of months requiring frequent reboots to get back up and running. And now, everything comes back online that is IP or serial controlled, but no Zigbee devices. Is there a way I can confirm/test/reset Zigbee on the controller? Thanks! C4Programmer
On some of the 300's you need to be sure you power the controller off for at least 2 minutes before rebooting. I was informed by TS that they needed to be allowed time for power to drain before re-applying power or the Zigbee radio would not work.
urbanmark
Thanks. I tried the reboot routine throughout the day and then overnight - no luck. Starting to have a bad feeling the Zigbee radio is fried.
AceOfSpades
You should be able to run Detective Suite to see if you are seeing any Zigby connections. Also need to validate that the Controller is configured as ZAP or Coordinator.
