RTD
Hi Everyone. I'm relatively new here and still learning the basics.I did a whole house renovation and had C4 installed for audio, thermostats, alarms and some lighting.I am learning the programming but can't troubleshoot the newest problem. We had a power outage when a car took out a tree down the street. The generator kicked on and then a couple of hours later power was restored.Since then, the dimmers act funky.I can turn them on and off from 100% to 0%, but when I try to dim them down from 100% they show no change until I hit 50% or so then dim to about 30% then go off completely. The same is true going up. They go from 0% to 30% with no way to get them to dim lower. All of my dimmers now have this same problem. I've tried rebooting the system and adjusting everything I could think of in the software. Even when controlling from the computer, 5% on is actually 30-40% of the brightness of the lights.Has anyone heard of this before? Thanks,Mike
dogdvr
There is a little slide switch right above the upper LEDLift that up for 15 seconds and then push it down.Should fix it
RTD
I just tried it and no dice. It just jump immediately from off to 30-40% then maxes out quickly. Still fades down to the same level and then goes to 0. I lifted the tab and held it up for 15 sec, then push it down. Any other ideas? Thanks

neil12011
have your dealer check the zigbee network.
RTD
Yea, I think that the dealer needs to check this one out. :-(It would seem that I somehow need to reset the dimmers so that they know where 0 and 100% are.
