Strange dimmer issue

Hi Everyone. I'm relatively new here and still learning the basics.

I did a whole house renovation and had C4 installed for audio, thermostats, alarms and some lighting.

I am learning the programming but can't troubleshoot the newest problem.

We had a power outage when a car took out a tree down the street. The generator kicked on and then a couple of hours later power was restored.

Since then, the dimmers act funky.

I can turn them on and off from 100% to 0%, but when I try to dim them down from 100% they show no change until I hit 50% or so then dim to about 30% then go off completely.

The same is true going up. They go from 0% to 30% with no way to get them to dim lower.

All of my dimmers now have this same problem. I've tried rebooting the system and adjusting everything I could think of in the software. Even when controlling from the computer, 5% on is actually 30-40% of the brightness of the lights.

Has anyone heard of this before?

There is a little slide switch right above the upper LED

Lift that up for 15 seconds and then push it down.

Should fix it

I just tried it and no dice. It just jump immediately from off to 30-40% then maxes out quickly. Still fades down to the same level and then goes to 0.

I lifted the tab and held it up for 15 sec, then push it down.

Any other ideas?

try a reboot......on dimmer.....i believe is 15 taps on the top..........cant hurt

have your dealer check the zigbee network.

Yea, I think that the dealer needs to check this one out. :-(

It would seem that I somehow need to reset the dimmers so that they know where 0 and 100% are.
