justaquestion
I've got my control4 setup up and running a few months now. Got 3 HC300 and one of them is set as Master. Lately my block is suffering from Power failures. The current state of things is that the master is not connected to a UPS and the other two controllers are connected to the UPS. All are wired to a router which also is connected to a UPS.Whenever the power fails and then resumes (between 5 minutes and two hours) I start my "dance" power cycling and/or rebooting all 3 controllers and router until I get all to work with each other. At any point in time the network looks healthy and all devices can ping each other but still the "DATA" led in the HC300 doesn't turn on and practically nothing works.Any hints on what to change or howq to dance properly?connecting the Master controller to a UPS would be very hard so other solutions are required...thanks

dogdvr
No, I am sorry but it would require a dealer. You might want to talk to pharmsmtih or James from Diamond design. They can do it remotely and it sounds like you need a good review of your system.Brent
