I worked with my AV guy to get the Sony into my project and everything is working correctly except for one item. When I navigate to C4 interface and go to SECURITY I should see my alarm system and my camera's. By default it is ONLY seeing my alarm system. So when I hit security it takes me right into my security system. All of the other TV's are work fine. RobSChi Posted January 23, 2013 Share Posted January 23, 2013 These are Notes from "Sony STR Receiver Activation Guide"NOTES:(1) IP cameras are not supported.(2) Rhapsody is not supported if the SonySTR receiver is the Primary Controller, butis supported if the receiver is used as aSecondary Controller.(3) You cannot control a serial device, forexample, a Sony 777 disc changer or a seriallycontrolledsecurity panel directly with thereceiver; however, adding a Control4 I/OExtender to the project will allow you tocontrol serial devices.You should probably change it out for standard receiver and hc250Sorry Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
