Hello, I have a unique situation. I own a condo in Belize. It is a second home as well as a rental unit.

Energy conservation and fastest ROI are foremost

to keep costs down a HC-300 with no touchscreen(if can work) will be used

An option of a CAM outside of the door, monitoring and control of HV/AC, Remote hot water heater on/off. ( I am not sure how best to do this part but they are would like some kind of switch that turns the HV/AC off if any sliding glass door is left open beyond a period of time)

unit has it's own router and Wi-Fi internet.

A design with parts list will be phase 1

Phase 2 will be to complete a 100% working system in a lab I will set-up in the states.

This can be a 100% remote run project but as a bonus will include 1 weeks stay in Belize

Phase 3 is to support deployment/install

I can provide drawings for the unit and I am sure that I can handle the installs if I have some instruction here and telephone support while I’m there.
