HVAC/Door Programming Help w/ Composer HE

Hi All,

I have Composer HE on my 1.74 system. I program things so infrequently that my learning curve starts from almost zero each time I try to do something new. Here are 2 things that I'd like to accomplish if anyone could provide me with the appropriate programming (if you've implemented the same/similar functionality) or some general guidelines on how I should go about setting this up:

1)When Alarm is disarmed, When a door or window is open for >2 mins in a room, set the Thermostat for that room to OFF. Once all windows/doors have been closed for >2 mins, return the HVAC to its regular schedule.

2)As long as Alarm is disarmed, When any of 3 specified DOORs has been open for >5 minutes, flash the LEDs on all the light switches in the house until that door has been closed.

It's that time of year when we enjoy opening the windows and catching nice spring breezes. It's also the time of year when the kids like to run outside and leave the door open.
