C4sb Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 Hi. I have 2 Control 4 Kwikset Locks, one in my garage, and the other on my front door. I am using the kwikset lock app on the c4 touchscreens to be able to control and program my locks, but only one lock shows up. My dealer updated both locks to the Kwikset driver, and the lock on my front door can be accessed through the app, but my garage lock does not appear in the app. Both locks are able to be programmed and appear in composer. I have tried changing rooms and powercycling, but nothing has worked for me. Any Suggestions??I am running OS 2.4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

C4sb Posted June 7, 2013 Author Share Posted June 7, 2013 Yes. He refreshed navigators. Both locks are identified and work with the Control4 system. I do receive status messages from both locks. Both locks are programmed on a schedule, and both operate correctly. My garage lock does not appear in the Kwikset app on the Control4 touchscreen, (which I read supports up to 30 locks) but my front door lock appears and I can program it from the touchscreen.
