andy.cytexone
CX called me today and said that he can see the album art but the music won't play. He then said that he re-started Norton AV as I had forgotten to do so. HmmmmmWait, who's CX (is that "my customer" slang?) . And I'm not sure what Norton AV had to do with this? Please excuse my ignorance. Is there still a problem, All Wired?

All Wired Up!
Great thought but I don't think that's my issue:
All Wired Up!
Does anyone know why my Ethernet MTS shows "wireless audio 1"? Is that normal?LOL, oh yeah, CX is my shorthand for customer. We take so many notes we created our own shorthand.
Taylor
No, that is not normal, especially with the ethernet. Go find where it is connecting wireless (Highlight the Output thingy) and disconnect it. See if you can still use it if you do.
All Wired Up!
Well, I'm not there and neither is the client so I disconnected it and refreshed navigators. I'll check later today and see what that did. I still suspect that the client changed something. The reason being that it worked fine until he messed with the security settings. Ryan
Another thing to consider..when naming your network drive do not Label it DocSmith Music. Do name it DocSmith_Music. I found out the hard way that composer will not "mount" the drive if there is a space in it.
All Wired Up!
So, I changed the spaces to _ and it still didn't work BUT the error changed so I may have had multiple issues. What fixed the second error was disabling Norton firewall.
Guest
The networked drive name can not contain any spaces.
