SomeGuy4 Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 I am fairly new to all this fyi All of my wireless buttons and remotes are offline. Looking at the zigbee network in network tools shows all devices as offline. Also, the home controller shows an unknown address.Under EmberNet upgrade, all the devices are there with connected as 'false'. I think the problem started when I tried to enable the controller under EmberNet upgrade. Now when I try to enable it again, it says 'unable to change state'. How do I get all my buttons and remotes back online? In system manager, it shows zserver offline and zserver2 online. Do they both need to be online for it to work? The firmware is version 2.4.0 I enabled the upgrade because I was following some instructions that I thought were for something else. If there any other info you need?
