jsimon77 Posted August 4, 2014 Share Posted August 4, 2014 I'm looking for some help. For some reason my director has stopped showing up when using home edition remotely? When I'm home on my network it shows up just fine. It was working perfectly remotely but now when I get the the "select director" screen during login nothing shows up. I hit refresh...and nothing. Again, this was totally working fine for me up to a few days ago. The ONLY thing that changed is that my home network IP address changed. So I assume this has something to do with this problem? How do I resolve it? My phone apps and such that also use 4sight are working totally fine and normal. Thanks Jason Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
